HELLO MY FELLOW ROCKERS!
THE POWER OF MASSAGE AND LOVE...HOW WE  CALM THE DOGS OF ROCKS!

I am a certified massage therapist.
During my long days working with the dogs I would massage them to help ease their aggression problems.
I had no idea this would help them so much behaviorally.
I decided to go to school to be trained professionally in massage.
People can be aggressive as well.
Massage eases their tension from work, kids and spouses. (did I mention boyfriends too?)
GET OUT THE DOG COLLAR AND LEASH FOR THE HUMANS! (just kidding)
Massaging helps our animals calm down.
We are TAMING them NOT training them.
A well behaved dog IS indeed a TAME dog! :)))))))
Lure them with food to get them to do what you want.
You will win their respect.
They will then want to work for free.
Massage is just like a treat to them.
Win their respect and they will follow you around the house like a good ASSISTANT should! (lol)

KATYA'S  3 tips on how to lose weight and keep that New Year's Resolution!

Hello My Fellow Rockers!

GAINING WEIGHT???
LOL
I sure did over this holiday season!

Here are my three quick tips to keep going with that weight loss!

1) Hit the GYM!
Keep walking on that treadmill for at least 40 minutes. Work your way up to one hour and you will see the pounds melt away. We start burning fat after 35 minutes but try 20 minutes at first.

2) Drink WATER!
Please make sure it is purified water. I drink ten cups a day. It flushes out toxins and makes you feel full. Did I mention your skin will look great?

3) Lastly, DON'T GIVE UP!
You know you have to cut back on calorie intake to lose weight. If you gain back a couple of pounds lost keep going. There is always a brand new day tomorrow. I like to keep a food journal. If I want to eat something especially if I am not hungry I make myself write down why I am eating when full. Am I bored, lonely, tired? Make yourself write down WHY you are over-eating to make yourself conscious of your habits. It takes the power of cravings away my friends!

THE DOGS OF ROCK! HOW I GOT STARTED!

HELLO MY FELLOW ROCKERS!
 I wanted to tell you about how special "THE DOGS OF ROCK" are to me!

At the tender age of six, my family found our dog "WHISKERS" on the street and the rest was herstory!


My mother would find me asleep in the pen we created for WHISKERS in the kitchen.

I fell in love with dogs, particularly the RESCUE DOG!

They are so grateful to be alive and will be forever loyal to their human parents.

Now, I am a full fledged Dog Tamer!

I rehab abused and rescued dogs.

I live to calm and tame them.

My book, "How To Calm And Tame Your Dog Naturally!" is coming out in the spring 2013.

The Dogs Of Rock will be in it!
