HELLO MY FELLOW DOG ROCKERS!
My lifes passion is to help rehab, calm, and tame dogs, because DOGS ROCK! I have been working with rescued animals since I was six years old, and now run my own business as a behavior therapist and tamer of dogs. I have written and photographed my book, "How to Calm and Tame Your Dog Naturally" with the help of my friends and wonderful canine assistants. This has been my "pet" project for years, and being so close to finishing is exhilarating, yet expensive! I need help publishing and printing my book so I can further spread my message of peace and love for every furry family member. You can be a part of this message! ROCK LIVES!

THE AMAZING CROW
I LIVE FOR CROWS
WHEN MY ROCK N ROLL ASSISTANT TWIZZLER DIED I ASKED HER TO COME BACK AS AN ANIMAL SIGN.
EVERY TIME I GET A CAREER BREAK A CROW FLIES IN FRONT OF MY CAR WITH FOOD IN IT'S MOUTH.
THAT'S MY TWIZZLER.
THE DAY AFTER SHE DIED I GOT THE CALL THAT I MADE THE VH1 CLASSIC TV SHOW ROCK N ROLL FANTASY CAMP
I WAS DRIVING (OF COURSE... I AM ALWAYS ON THE ROAD) AND THE WORKER'S TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME SAW A CROW RESTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD.
I ALWAYS BEEP MY HORN LIGHTLY IF THERE ARE WILD ANIMALS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD TO SHOO THEM AWAY.
WHAT DID THAT WORKMAN MONSTER DO? HE FLOORED IT TO PURPOSELY HIT THE CROW, RAN THE STOP SIGN AND TOOK OFF.
I WAS SO HEART BROKEN.
WHY DO THIS TO AN INNOCENT ANIMAL THAT HELPS OUR ENVIRONMENT?
THE CROW WAS SCREAMING AND IT'S LEFT WING LOOKED BROKEN AND DEFORMED.
THE CROW TRIED TO WALK AND COULD NOT.
I DROVE AROUND THE CROW AND MADE A U-TURN.
MORE CARS WERE COMING DOWN THE HILL AND RUNNING OVER THE CROW.
BY THE TIME I TURNED AROUND I LOOKED FOR THE CROW AND THOUGHT FOR SURE IT WAS DEAD.
THERE WAS MIRACOULSLY NO CROW IN THE ROAD AT ALL!
WHEN I BLINKED MY EYES I SAW THE CROW FLY AWAY INTO THE SKY.
IT FLEW PERFECTLY WITH NO PROBLEMS.
THE AMAZING CROW.
SUCH AN AMAZING CREATURE.
THE CROW IS A SYMBOL OF CHANGE.
PEOPLE THINK CHANGE IS SCARY SO THE CROW GOT A BAD WRAP IN HORROR MOVIES AND SCARY STORIES.
THE CROW IS AMAZING!

THE CROW OVERCOMES PAIN
FLY AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
IT IS MAN WHO HAS RUINED THE PLANET NOT YOU MY FRIEND!

Opening for QUEENSRYCHE! A Rock N Roll Dream Come True!
Hello My Fellow Rockers!
Yes, it is true!
I opened for QUEENSRYCHE!
What a Rock N Roll Dream Come True!
Geoff Tate was amazing!
When I was a little girl my cousins turned me on to Rock N Roll.
My cousin Mike and Jenk Kent inspired me.
When I performed my song "We Never Say Goodbye" that night I dedicated it to my cousin Mike who died tragically of cancer at age 39.
I wrote this song for him.
It is about when we die and cross over to the other side we always remain connected to our loved ones.
I told the audience how proud he would have been that I opened for QUEENSRYCHE.
We use to listen to QUEENSRYCHE growing up.
I was told the band came out of their tour bus during the song and watched my performance by the side of the stage.
That really made my night.
Three is a charm.
Before the QUEENSRYCHE show, I was offered to open for Lemmy of MOTORHEAD but the club got vandalized.
Lemmy is my Rock N Roll Hero.
He was so nice to me.
The show got postponed for the very next night but he was leaving to go on tour with OZZY and couldn't do it.
Then I was to open for Adler's Appetite.
We were selling tickets and he had to pull out of the show.
THREES A ROCK N ROLL CHARM!
I got the next career break, an offer to open for QUEENSRYCHE.
That is always how my music career has gone down.
Two tumbles and then threes a charm!
ROCK LIVES!

THE POWER OF MASSAGE AND LOVE... HOW WE CALM THE DOGS OF ROCK!
THE POWER OF MASSAGE AND LOVE...HOW WE CALM THE DOGS OF ROCKS!
I am a certified massage therapist.
During my long days working with the dogs I would massage them to help ease their aggression problems.
I had no idea this would help them so much behaviorally.
I decided to go to school to be trained professionally in massage.
People can be aggressive as well.
Massage eases their tension from work, kids and spouses. (did I mention boyfriends too?)
GET OUT THE DOG COLLAR AND LEASH FOR THE HUMANS! (just kidding)
Massaging helps our animals calm down.
We are TAMING them NOT training them.
A well behaved dog IS indeed a TAME dog! :)))))))
Lure them with food to get them to do what you want.
You will win their respect.
They will then want to work for free.
Massage is just like a treat to them.
Win their respect and they will follow you around the house like a good ASSISTANT should! (lol)

Hello My Fellow Rockers!
GAINING WEIGHT???
LOL
I sure did over this holiday season!
Here are my three quick tips to keep going with that weight loss!
1) Hit the GYM!
Keep walking on that treadmill for at least 40 minutes. Work your way up to one hour and you will see the pounds melt away. We start burning fat after 35 minutes but try 20 minutes at first.
2) Drink WATER!
Please make sure it is purified water. I drink ten cups a day. It flushes out toxins and makes you feel full. Did I mention your skin will look great?
3) Lastly, DON'T GIVE UP!
You know you have to cut back on calorie intake to lose weight. If you gain back a couple of pounds lost keep going. There is always a brand new day tomorrow. I like to keep a food journal. If I want to eat something especially if I am not hungry I make myself write down why I am eating when full. Am I bored, lonely, tired? Make yourself write down WHY you are over-eating to make yourself conscious of your habits. It takes the power of cravings away my friends!
So Remember...
NATURAL FITNESS ROCKS!

THE DOGS OF ROCK! HOW I GOT STARTED!
HELLO MY FELLOW ROCKERS!
I wanted to tell you about how special "THE DOGS OF ROCK" are to me!
At the tender age of six, my family found our dog "WHISKERS" on the street and the rest was herstory!
My mother would find me asleep in the pen we created for WHISKERS in the kitchen.
I fell in love with dogs, particularly the RESCUE DOG!
They are so grateful to be alive and will be forever loyal to their human parents.
Now, I am a full fledged Dog Tamer!
I rehab abused and rescued dogs.
I live to calm and tame them.
My book, "How To Calm And Tame Your Dog Naturally!" is coming out in the spring 2013.
The Dogs Of Rock will be in it!
