KATYA'S  3 tips on how to lose weight and keep that New Year's Resolution!

Hello My Fellow Rockers!

GAINING WEIGHT???
LOL
I sure did over this holiday season!

Here are my three quick tips to keep going with that weight loss!

1) Hit the GYM!
Keep walking on that treadmill for at least 40 minutes. Work your way up to one hour and you will see the pounds melt away. We start burning fat after 35 minutes but try 20 minutes at first.

2) Drink WATER!
Please make sure it is purified water. I drink ten cups a day. It flushes out toxins and makes you feel full. Did I mention your skin will look great?

3) Lastly, DON'T GIVE UP!
You know you have to cut back on calorie intake to lose weight. If you gain back a couple of pounds lost keep going. There is always a brand new day tomorrow. I like to keep a food journal. If I want to eat something especially if I am not hungry I make myself write down why I am eating when full. Am I bored, lonely, tired? Make yourself write down WHY you are over-eating to make yourself conscious of your habits. It takes the power of cravings away my friends!
